Dear Ucluelet Co-op Staff and Community,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are delighted to introduce Mike Bruch as the new General Manager of the Ucluelet Co-op. We are excited for you to meet Mike and welcome him to our wonderful community.

Mike brings with him a wealth of grocer experience and a deep belief in the importance of community. With over a decade of leadership experience Mike has a proven record of success in building strong relationships between businesses and the communities they serve. His passion for engaging with local organizations, creating opportunities for growth, and supporting community initiatives will be a tremendous asset to our Co-op.

At the heart of every cooperative is the people—our members, our staff, and our community—and Mike understands that deeply. His commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment, where everyone’s voice is heard, reflects the core values that we, as a Co-op, hold dear. We know that his leadership will not only support our business operations but also continue to strengthen our community ties.
